Senior Officer - Stakeholder Management (Corporate Affairs)

Role & responsibilities

• Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive stakeholder maps, identifying key stakeholders and their interests.
• Plan and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including meetings, events, and communication campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and interaction.
• Proactively identify and address potential stakeholder concerns and issues.
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder sentiment and feedback.
• Community Relations:
• Develop and implement community engagement programs, including CSR initiatives and local partnerships.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.
• Address community concerns and grievances effectively.
• Promote the company's positive image within the community.
• Issue Management:
• Proactively identify and monitor potential issues that could impact the company's reputation.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
• Effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.
• Respond promptly and effectively to media inquiries and public concerns.
• Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on relevant industry trends, stakeholder perspectives, and reputational risks.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
• Provide strategic recommendations for improving stakeholder relations.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Develop and disseminate key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on stakeholder engagement activities and their impact.
• Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.
