About the Job:

- We are looking for a talented Assistant Business Manager to lead digital sales funnel growth strategies and drive revenue.

- This role focuses on optimizing the lead funnel-from lead generation to booking-through data-driven strategies, experimentation, and customer experience improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Funnel Improvement Strategy

- Optimize the lead funnel from generation to booking to improve conversion rates.

- Track customer conversion journeys and build strategies to establish trust and rapport.

- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

- Analyze and report data across digital touchpoints to monitor revenue performance.

- Set up technical foundations and track customer journey metrics.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to execute growth strategies.

- Implement initiatives that align with major business objectives.

- Experimentation & Strategy

- Develop data-driven experiments to optimize conversions at different funnel stages.

- Create frameworks for experiment execution and scale successful strategies.

- Customer Focus & Experience Enhancement

- Conduct direct customer interactions and surveys to gather insights.

- Improve customer experience to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales processes and digital funnel optimization.

- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
