- We are looking for a City Head - Channel Partner to lead engagement, retention, and payout management for Channel Partners (CPs) in the respective city.
- The role involves building strong relationships, ensuring CP trust, and maintaining the brand image of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive team targets for Experience Center Visits (ECVs).
- Manage Channel Sales and Confirmed Bookings within the city.
- Ensure daily audits for Channel Partner meetings.
- Enhance customer referral quality by ensuring smooth interactions.
- Strengthen engagement and trust among Channel Partners.
- Ensure timely payouts to Channel Partners (new and existing).
- Maintain a strong presence in the field and oversee city-wide CP activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Channel Partnership and Sales.
- Strong network and connections with Channel Partners and End Customers.
- Ability to motivate and drive teams to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate brokers and their business operations
