- As an Empanelment Manager - Channel Partner, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners, specifically real estate brokers, within your designated zone.
- Your role will involve building a strong network, ensuring consistent lead generation, and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage real estate brokers to expand the company's channel partner network.
- Conduct regular visits to new and existing channel partners to strengthen relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a steady flow of customer leads through channel partners.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Ensure the quality of leads by focusing on customer visits to Experience Centres or Site Visits.
- Collaborate with channel partners to maximize customer engagement and drive higher conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Brand Representation & Conduct
- Uphold the company's brand image through professional conduct and ethical business practices.
- Foster trust and transparency with channel partners through effective communication and service offerings.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of real estate brokers and their business operations.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with both Channel Partners and End Customers.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or the regional language.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and flexible with work schedules
