City Manager/City Head - Operations (Dark store Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of city operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
- Drive lowest cost store operations while maintaining on-time delivery performance.
- Develop and enhance the last-mile network, focusing on robust recruitment pipelines.
- Ensure optimal instock levels and product availability to meet customer demands.
- Own the serviceability of the entire city, continually assessing the interplay between stores and making informed decisions on new store openings and network expansion.
- Uphold high NPS standards, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster team development and provide training initiatives to maintain a skilled workforce while managing attrition levels.
- Implement store layout optimizations and Kaizen methodologies to achieve best-in-class Pick- to Delivery (P2D) performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders affecting store operations.
City Ops Head
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency through process optimization and
innovation.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in process optimization and operational efficiency methodologies.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management principles.
- Expertise in last-mile delivery logistics.
- Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong customer engagement skills and focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control processes.
- Exceptional team leadership capabilities with a focus on employee development.
