- We are looking for a Regional Lead - Channel Partner to drive engagement, retention, and payouts for Channel Partners (CPs) within the assigned city.
- The role requires building strong relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining the company's brand reputation.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel sales, customer engagement, and real estate brokerage networks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Engagement & Retention:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing Channel Partners to enhance network influence.
- Conduct regular meetings, audits, and check-ins with CPs to ensure consistent engagement and trust-building.
- Address grievances and provide necessary support to ensure smooth functioning.
Sales & Booking Management:
- Drive Channel Sales and Bookings, ensuring city-wise targets are met.
- Own and achieve ECV (Effective Confirmed Volume) targets for the assigned region.
- Track and manage confirmed customer bookings and ensure successful closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer referrals through quality service and strong CP relationships.
Channel Partner Payout & Compliance:
- Oversee and manage timely and accurate payouts for Channel Partners within the region.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and ethical sales practices.
- Conduct daily audits for CP meetings and maintain comprehensive records of engagements.
Brand & Market Presence:
- Represent the company and maintain its brand image and reputation in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Drive marketing initiatives targeted towards channel partners and end customers.
Team Leadership & Performance:
- Keep the sales team highly motivated and target-driven, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales and engagement teams.
- Implement structured sales strategies to increase revenue and channel partner productivity.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Educational Background:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications will be a plus.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Real Estate Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling Channel Sales, Broker Networks, and End Customer Engagement.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong network and relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and broker business operations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High levels of motivation, ownership, and goal orientation.
