Role Overview:
The Sales Team Lead will be a dynamic and results-driven individual responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
The Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving sales for villa plots, apartment flats, and villas while upholding Oraiyan Groups' reputation for trust and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and motivate the team.
- Resolve team conflicts and ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage for customer inquiries and site visits.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other effective methods.
- Conduct site visits and property viewings with potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, recommending suitable properties.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure proper follow up with all leads.
Market Knowledge and Product Expertise:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Oraiyan Groups' properties and the real estate market in Bengaluru.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore Real Estate Market.
- Understanding of legal aspects of real estate transactions is a plus.
