1. Handle the team, assign tasks, monitor performance 2. Ensure the department is functioning smoothly 3. Discuss with the Management for improvements & ideas 4. Mentor the team and drive the departments overall performance as per the company requirements 5. Guide, mentor, coach, and advise team members to learn & adapt to the changes in the organizational development. 6. Advise on all legal inquiries from customer accordingly. 7. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions. 8. Discuss with the Management on legal concerns pertaining to business execution 9. Represent the company in purchases and sale of properties. 10. Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio. 11. Perform legal action on notices on all legal matters with various courts & forums. 12. Handle company registration, licence, renewal, any business requirements for legal advises. 13. Coordinate with inter-department for smooth registration. 14. Drafting and vetting contracts and conveyance documents. 15. Participate in site visit to support sales & CRM team to complete sale of properties 16. Prepare monthly report
