Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to company policies, and achieving team objectives.
- Develop, implement, and refine effective sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and ensure business growth.
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and organizational objectives.
- Ensure that exceptional customer service is maintained throughout the entire sales process.
- Address client concerns, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and performance data, generate comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions, and recommend improvements.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance skills, improve productivity, and foster career growth.
- Work closely with other departments (marketing, product, customer service, etc. ) to align sales goals with company-wide initiatives and objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve the sales approach.
- Identify challenges within the sales process, find effective solutions, and implement best practices to optimize sales operations.
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leadership roles in sales, specifically within real estate, insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals, or telecom industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to perform at a high level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data to inform business strategies and decisions
