Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Manager - Sales to take ownership of the sales funnel and drive sales closures.
- This role involves managing a team of 6 to 10 designers, achieving sales targets consistently, and enhancing the customer experience.
- If you are passionate about business growth and have proven expertise in B2C sales, we want you on our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the sales funnel to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by driving new project bookings, targeting 12-15 projects per month.
- Ensure seamless customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
- Train and mentor designers, enabling them to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Drive team performance through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or a relevant field; MBA from a Tier 2 institute preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
- Strong skills in sales funnel management, target achievement, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales goals.
