- Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups.
- Should have managed teams.
- Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits.
- Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment.
- Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions
- Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach.
- Willing to go the extra miles it takes to win in a super competitive market.
- Innovative, resourceful and comfortable with dynamic business requirements.
