Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of successful bulk hiring experiences.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Hiring principles and practices.
