- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Lead - Channel Partner to manage engagement, retention, and payouts for Channel Partners (CPs) in a designated city.
- This role is pivotal in strengthening our network, ensuring quality customer referrals, and maintaining the company's brand image through professional conduct.
- The position is based at the Experience Center with occasional fieldwork as required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve team targets for Experience Center Visits (ECVs).
- Drive channel sales and confirmed bookings within the city.
- Conduct daily audits to ensure adherence to CP meeting protocols.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of customer referrals from Channel Partners.
- Build trust and foster strong engagement with Channel Partners to sustain a productive relationship.-
- Uphold the company's brand image through ethical conduct and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant experience.
- (MBA Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Partnership management.
- Established connections with Channel Partners and end customers.
- Strong motivational and team management skills with a target-driven approach.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate brokers and their business dynamics
