- Livspace is looking for a Business Manager - Sales to drive sales growth and manage a team of designers in Hyderabad.
- The role involves overseeing the sales funnel, achieving project targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the sales funnel and drive project closures.
- Manage a team of 6-10 designers and enable them to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure 12-15 project bookings per month and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Enhance customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Train and mentor designers to improve sales efficiency and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business and B-Arch preferred; other degrees with relevant industry experience are also considered).
- 5+ years of experience in B2C business development and growth.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience, leading a team.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
