Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire target-based Sales of Shinex Mosaics for your assigned region.
- It will be a Back Office Sales Job.
- The person will have to call the Prospective Clients and finalize the order.
- Will have to contact the Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, and customers.
- To generate new leads while maintaining a relationship with existing clients.
- Will be responsible for the entire target-based sales for his assigned region.
- To provide complete information, guidance, and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
- Office Location Butibori Industrial Area, Nagpur. (AC Bus Facility for the staff is provided by the company).
- We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to oversee and execute target-based sales for Shinex Mosaics within an assigned region. The role involves managing relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors while driving new business opportunities. This is a back-office sales role that requires excellent communication, relationship management, and sales strategy skills to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive target-based sales for the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue goals. Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with prospective clients to finalize orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for architects, builders, developers, swimming pool contractors, and customers. Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage potential clients in the assigned region. Manage all back-office sales activities, including preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions and client communications. Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure a seamless client experience, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, mosaics, or construction industry.
-[ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with working with architects, builders, and developers. Experience in handling swimming pool contractors and customers is a plus.

- Achievement of regional sales targets. Number of new leads generated and converted. Client retention and satisfaction rates.
