We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
You will leverage your strong networking and relationship-building skills to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, while exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including developers, investors, and property owners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts effectively and efficiently.
Sales & Marketing:
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team.
- Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
