Livspace - Business Manager - Design & Operations (4-6 yrs)

About the Job:

- We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager - Design & Operations to manage and support franchise owners and their teams in sales, design processes, and operational communication.

- The role focuses on enhancing conversion rates, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist franchise partners in sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates.

- Oversee the design of 12 to 15 projects per month ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Manage the work output of partners and teams across five stores.

- Support partners in hiring Interior Designers (IDs) by conducting technical interviews.

- Train designers to optimize sales and design performance.

- Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management.

- Work closely with category and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and implement improvements.

- Oversee the design and site delivery team, ensuring efficient project execution.

- Manage coordination with vendors and business partners for successful project completion.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in design, operations, or business management within the interior design or real estate industry.

- Strong sales funnel management and team leadership capabilities.

- Ability to hire, train, and mentor designers and sales teams.

- Excellent customer relationship management skills.

- Strong project management and operational coordination experience.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather market insights.

- Experience in vendor management and site execution
