Principal System Support Specialist - SCCM/MS Intune (6-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- 6+ years of experience in endpoint management tools - SCCM\MECM and Intune.

- In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation and administration of endpoint configuration manager.

- Experience in Co-Management scenarios, managing clients with both MEM and Intune.

- Knowledge in Intune Application management and Windows update ring configurations.

- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting MECM components and performing Infra upgrades.

- Experience in writing SQL queries and automation scripts with PowerShell.

- Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies.

- Certification in MECM or Intune Administration is added advantage.

- Having a high exposure to ITIL standards, Incident management and release management.

- Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.

- Must be able to provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rotational basis during the weekend, be flexible to work during public holidays, and be required to work shift hours.
