New Client Acquisition - International

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business leads.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting metrics to make informed decisions.
• Identify and evaluate distribution channels and partners in international markets.
• Will be responsible for acquiring new international customers for existing products of the company.
• Understand clients' needs and build strong relationships with them
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms with clients
• Keep informed about market trends, competitors, and industry regulations
• Create strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction
• Work to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase the customer base.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer acquisition efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify

differentiators.

• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach potential customers effectively.

• Only candidates from FMCG, FMCD, Writing Instruments & Manufacturing should apply.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Communication skills
• Travelled to key global regions.
• Knowhow of onboarding key accounts, corporate accounts, and be able to understand contractual requirements, run thru Agreements/ Contracts, and align key stakeholders on 2 way expectations
