International Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products and services in foreign markets
• Organizing the business to adapt to local requirements of all countries.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in international markets
• To prepare international marketing calendars for key international countries/ customers, mutually discussed and aligned to the global business partners and ensure driving the mutually agreed activities, campaigns, promotions on month-to-month basis, within the pre-agreed budget.
• To ensure participation in the international marketing tools such as Expo, Fair
• Be a custodian of the POP and POS, based on marketing plans made and also the merchandise sent with each shipment per agreement with buyers.
• Build and plan the short and long-term marketing strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground
• Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in all channels of FMCG products in International Market, Traditional & Modern Trade is a must
• Should have handled brands
• Knowledge about International marketing process
• Experience in managing International Events.
• Excellent communication & marketing skills
• Tech savvy, should be comfortable working in MS-Excel and power point
• Ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts
• Proven experience in international marketing, preferably in a global or multinational company
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and best practices.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Travelled to key global regions.
• Price mapping of competition, and suggesting new products to be developed.
