Only bookish knowledge and can only speak god english thats all,, the HR department is run by consultants who think they are the boss and not the HR staffs of the company and this attitude is supported by the management. dont join unless you have no jobs in hand

Department heads are highly insecure and often engage in a blame game, pointing fingers at other departments instead of collaborating. Top management seems indifferent, turning a blind eye to the issues. Numerous consultants are involved in the business, adding little and merely inflating company’s expense. Management lacks trust inits own employees, giving more weight to consultants opinions over internal expertise. I think performance management is a very crucial thing for a hr and L1 managers to evaluate any employee’s performance. But sorry to say HR don’t have any knowledge of it, HR just a puppet of HODs. During hiring time they don’t have any plan why they are hiring and what will be the future of that candidate they just hire and then transfer him/her to several departments without any planning.
