About the Role:


- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) & Priority clients for our cutting-edge Fintech Wealth platform.


- This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing our platform as the go-to solution for wealth management and financial advisory in the HNI/ Priority market on a Pan India level.


Key Responsibilities:


- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by leveraging the Keenai Wealth platform to attract and engage HNI/ Priority clients. Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets.


- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop a strong pipeline of HNI/ Priority clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach.


- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.


- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.


- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Use this insight to adjust the sales approach and refine strategies for market positioning.


- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the platforms offerings align with the needs of the target clients.


- Provide feedback on platform features, usability, and market demands.


- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and client behaviour.


- Provide regular reports an insights to senior management.


Key Requirements:


- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or financial services handling and targeting Priority/ HNI segments.


- Strong understanding of the Priority/ HNI market in India, including trends client behaviour, and expectations.


- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling large sales teams.


- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and influence senior level clients.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.


- Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM and sales enablement tools.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.


- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role targeting Priority/ HNI segmentation.


- Strong network of contacts within this community in India.
