Job Summary :

The Regional Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Nagpur region, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the Nagpur region, including expanding the customer base, increasing revenue, and improving market share.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of branch managers, relationship managers, and other support staff to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

3. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence across all branches in the Nagpur region, including compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls.

4. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients, high net worth individuals, and other important stakeholders.

5. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to tap into these opportunities, including expanding into new markets and introducing new products.

6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk across all branches in the Nagpur region.

7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the regional budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Performance Metrics :

1. Business Growth: Achieve business targets, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.

2. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence across all branches, including compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through regular feedback and surveys.

4. Team Development: Develop and retain a high-performing team, including identifying and developing future leaders.
