Regional Business Head - BFS (14-25 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Regional Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Nagpur region, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing a team of branch managers and relationship managers, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the Nagpur region, including expanding the customer base, increasing revenue, and improving market share.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of branch managers, relationship managers, and other support staff to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

3. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence across all branches in the Nagpur region, including compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls.

4. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients, high net worth individuals, and other important stakeholders.

5. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to tap into these opportunities, including expanding into new markets and introducing new products.

6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk across all branches in the Nagpur region.

7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the regional budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
