TA Sourcing Specialist [12 Months Contract]

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing:
   • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, talent databases, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
   • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing and marketing strategies with hiring needs.
   • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment marketing, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search techniques).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e. g. , Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and its role in attracting talent.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
