Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated recruiter to join our team, specializing in

volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation through calling

and possess a strong ability to identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-volume hiring drives to recruit Group Class Instructors
• and Center Managers for Cult gyms.
• Ensure timely closure of multiple positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create customized hiring
• plans
• Source candidates effectively through job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and
• social media platforms.
• Leverage existing networks and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling
• interviews, and onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years in volume/bulk hiring, with a strong track record of closing high-
• volume roles. (Must have)
• Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and social media
• platforms for sourcing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring
• projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
