Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the Scrum team using Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban practices.
Ensure clear understanding of goals, scope, and product domain among team members.
Guide and coach the team on Agile principles to deliver high-quality products/services.
Ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban theory, practice, and guidelines.
Train, mentor, and support teams in Agile values, principles, and practices.
Coach the team in self-organization and effective communication.
Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Manage external communications and foster internal collaboration.
Manage tasks, issues, risks, and remove team impediments.
Monitor progress and help teams improve performance.
Plan and organize demos and testing activities.
Assist Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
Collaborate with Agile coaches and Scrum Masters for continuous improvement.

Requirement:
3-6 years of experience in agile and scrum; Exposure to JIRA
CSM/PSM Certification
