Scrum Master - CSM/CSPO (5-7 yrs)

Designation : Scrum Master

Experience : 5+ years

Location- Gurugram (5 Days Work from Office Only)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices, ensuring team alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, foster cross-team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Foster communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

- Support the team with non-technical challenges and process improvements.

- Manage release deployments and approval workflows.

- Follow up on cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with release management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) preferred.

Preferable : Experience working with Domestic Client Onsite, Preferable in Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI domain).
