HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
   
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., operations, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, etc.).
• Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).
• Coordinate and manage candidate assessments, offers, and onboarding.
2. Sourcing Strategies:
   
• Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks to identify suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
   
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status.
4. Employer Branding:
   
• Promote LAL Sweets Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement during the hiring process.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
   
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate data and hiring reports.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or hospitality industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local hiring trends and channels.
