About the role:
They are looking to hire a sales professional with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. Skilled in strategic sales planning, negotiation, and business development to achieve and exceed targets. Some of the major responsibilities are:
- Implement approved sales and marketing programs to achieve established sales targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with commercial dealers and distributors at a local level.
- Identify and engage new wholesale distributors, servicing commercial dealers, and fleet accounts as directed.
- Manage administrative tasks, including pricing, tire category orders, POP materials, advertising, warranty adjustments, credits, trade show and event requests, special discounts, product testing, signage, and necessary documentation in line with company policies.
- Strategically allocate fieldwork time with dealers, sales personnel, and end-user accounts to maximize sales impact.
- Plan, schedule, and actively participate in special events, expositions, product training sessions, trade shows, and open houses in coordination with management.
- Maintain an updated work schedule and submit visit/contact reports on a weekly basis.
- Input performance data into the central database for marketing analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned to ensure the successful operations and growth of the company
