Role:
- As the Head of Enterprise Business, you will be responsible for driving large-scale enterprise sales across Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Tech Service Companies, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail etc.
- The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales, stakeholder management, and solution-based selling to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for enterprise clients across target industries.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
- Lead a high-performing sales team and foster a results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the enterprise segment.
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in GCCs, BFSI, Tech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail etc.
- Proven ability to drive large, complex B2B deals with high-value clients.
- Strong network and stakeholder management experience at the CXO level.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.
