Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - Cybersecurity

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi). This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring enterprise clients, expanding market reach, and generating high-value deals.

This position requires a sales leader who excels at building relationships with C-level executives, managing complex sales cycles, and executing strategic sales initiatives to penetrate key industries such as banking, financial services, telecom, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales initiatives to establish a strong presence in the UAE and GCC markets.

- Enterprise Client Engagement: Identify and connect with key stakeholders to expand the company's footprint in targeted industries.

- Business Expansion: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct sales efforts, partnerships, and industry networking.

- Stakeholder Management: Establish long-term relationships with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers to promote cybersecurity solutions.

- Consultative Selling Approach: Understand customer challenges and position cybersecurity products effectively to meet their security needs.

- Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive revenue growth by successfully managing enterprise accounts and closing large-scale deals.

- Industry Research & Market Trends: Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and pre-sales, to tailor solutions to customer requirements.

- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, update CRM records, and provide regular business insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 12+ years of sales experience in enterprise IT solutions or cybersecurity.

- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of mobile security, fraud detection, cloud security, and cybersecurity solutions.

- Regional Market Understanding: Prior sales experience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or the broader Middle East with established connections in BFSI, telecom, and government sectors.

- Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.

- Client Relationship Management: Ability to engage with senior leadership teams and decision-makers.

- Strategic Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling, business development, and account management.

- Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
