About the Role:
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader to spearhead our Pan-India B2B client expansion. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in hunting, building high-performing teams, and driving exponential revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Drive end-to-end sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and scaling operations from the ground up.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 20+ sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
- Client Acquisition: Focus on hunting and onboarding high-value B2B clients across diverse industries.
- Sales Process Optimization: Establish robust sales processes and frameworks to support scalable growth.
- Entrepreneurial Execution: Operate with an ownership mindset, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8-15 years in enterprise sales with demonstrated success in B2B client acquisition.
- Track Record: Proven ability to grow sales from scratch (0-1 and 1-10 phases).
- Leadership: Experience managing and scaling teams of 20+ members.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and B2B sales cycles in India.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving change.
- Pan-India Exposure: Experience working with clients across India, understanding regional business dynamics.
