Role Overview:
- As a part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within CXO/Founder community by handling CTO hiring for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Solutions: Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies for Technology and solutions tailored to their specific technology requirements.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Lead the charge in acquiring new clients by pitching, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding clients, and managing end-to-end relationships.
- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence: Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted BD strategy to expand our client base, leveraging market insights and commercial intelligence.
Key Qualifications:
- We are looking for a professional (2 to 5 years' experience) with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our ambitious team.
- Prior sales (B2B) experience in Technology space and an interest to join the Executive Search industry.
- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (Tier 1 MBA), or any other field we will be keen to hear from you.
