Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering functions across multiple residential and commercial sites.
- Lead a team of 25+ members, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to align on project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and mitigate project risks.
- Use software tools like AutoCAD for design reviews and project planning.
Experience:
- Candidates must have 20+ years of experience in managing engineering functions for large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects.
Qualification:
- A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred and will be an added advantage.
