General Manager- Head of Presales

Labdhi Lifestyle Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Presales to lead our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing lead conversion, driving site visit success, and ensuring overall team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 25+ members to achieve conversion and site visit targets.
• Oversee lead allocation, nurturing, and follow-ups through CRM tools and other applications such as dialers.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost site visits, conversions, and closures.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams for seamless lead management.
• Monitor and track individual team member performance, ensuring alignment with targets and analyzing key metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on market trends and refine customer engagement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership with a focus on target achievement and team performance.
• Expertise in CRM tools like SFDC, along with dialer systems and performance tracking applications.
• 10+ years of experience in presales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in real estate.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor metrics and drive results.
• Bachelors degree; MBA is a plus.
