Society Manager

We are hiring a skilled Society Manager to efficiently oversee the operations of a residential society with 500 flats.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure infrastructure upkeep.
• Oversee financial activities like budgeting and fee collection.
• Address resident queries and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Organize society meetings and maintain compliance with local laws.
• Implement technology for efficient operations and communication.
• Plan and execute community activities and initiatives.
• Manage society apps like Adda and My Gate for efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in managing large residential societies.
• Familiarity with housing laws and financial management.
