Recruitment and Selection • Develop Strategies for Performance Management and Evaluation, Analyse data and report with HR Metrics. • Compensation & Change Management • Employee Training Development, Clarity and Co-Ordination • Manpower Retention and Succession Planning • Supervise Team Handling and Workplace Management, provide expert guidance and maintain and co-ordinate all activities within HR Department. • Be a SPOC for Culture & Relations Enhancement and Communication including grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required. • Employee engagement & Participation • Develop Plans and Review Policies from time to time, Review Compensation, benefits, health and Safety to enhance employee growth and satisfaction together with curbing absenteeism. • HRD Competence Development, • Competence Enhancement Matrix and Grading • Oversee all HR Activities, Initiatives, Systems and Tactics. • Compliance with all the Legal aspects applicable for the Organization and Employees • Participate and conduct Leadership Meeting and other external meetings, seminars and Team Building. • Ensure Compliance of Housing, Transport, Insurance etc., as needed esponsibilities
