Production Manager_ Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Plant

Role & responsibilities : An experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with a track record of effectively managing production processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and optimizing productivity and quality. Who has leadership qualities, long-term vision, and a desire for growth within the Organization.

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure compliance with GMP standards and company SOPs.
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules and resources to meet production targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Implement and monitor production KPIs to continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Supervise, train, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment is operational.
• Prepare and manage production budgets and forecasts.
• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values.

Preferred candidate profile :

• In-depth knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, Quality control, Quality assurance and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, Administrative and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A strategic mindset with potential and ambitious.
