Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture Channel Partners (CPs) to drive consistent lead flow and sales conversions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs, ensuring engagement and alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with channel partners to boost project visibility and drive quality lead generation.
• Collaborate with the closing team to ensure CP-generated leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
• Strategically expand the Channel Partner network by leveraging industry connections and networking events.
• Monitor CP performance, provide necessary support, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience exclusively in real estate.
• Strong network of Channel Partners with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive partner engagement.
