Sourcing Manager For Thane Ghodbunder Road

Vihang Group is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager (Channel Sales) to drive sales through channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to generate high-quality leads and maximize property sales for our Ghodbunder Road, Thane projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners to drive property sales.
• Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to increase market expansion.
• Generate leads through channel partner networks and ensure consistent follow-ups to convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities to keep channel partner motivated.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance through channel partners and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for channel partners engagement programs, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure timely payout processing and resolve any concerns related to brokerage and commissions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales & broker management in the real estate sector.
• Skills:
• Strong network and relationships with channel partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to drive sales through channel partners and achieve set targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and data analysis for sales tracking.
• Knowledge of the Thane real estate market and Ghodbunder Road projects will be an added advantage.
