Senior Site Supervisor - Job Location Ghodbunder Road, Thane

Vihang Group is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities on our high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project, maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and overseeing the performance of the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on high-rise projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and time schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Oversee and monitor construction work for quality assurance and compliance with approved drawings and designs.
• Ensure that the project is completed according to budget, schedule, and safety standards.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions related to on-site construction challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out as per the specifications and project timelines.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, materials used, safety compliance, and workforce details.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all site workers.
• Communicate with the project management team to provide updates and report any concerns or issues on-site.
• Assist in managing the work schedule and overseeing the proper implementation of project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in supervising high-rise construction projects, with at least 2-3 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction methods, including RCC, Finishing, and Mivan.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
