Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications. The ideal candidate will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Maintain detailed site reports, work logs, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Verify measurements, review contractor work, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Address and resolve any site-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and site documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
