Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement brand positioning strategies for real estate projects and hospitality properties.
• Establish and maintain a unique brand identity that differentiates the company from competitors.
• Align brand strategy with the companys vision, mission, and business goals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

2. Marketing & Advertising

• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Manage social media presence, website content, and digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and agencies for high-quality branding content.

3. Digital & Social Media Management

• Oversee social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Manage online reputation through customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Monitor digital trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.

4. Public Relations & Corporate Communication

• Build and maintain strong PR and media relations to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop press releases, media kits, and brand-related announcements.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure a positive brand reputation.
• Organize press conferences, property launches, and hospitality events.

5. Customer Experience & Engagement

• Ensure a consistent brand experience across all real estate projects, hotels, and resorts.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve brand perception.
• Develop loyalty programs, referral schemes, and customer engagement initiatives.

6. Event Management & Brand Activations

• Plan and execute real estate property launches, hospitality events, and exhibitions.
• Organize corporate tie-ups, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

7. Lead Generation & Business Development Support

• Align brand strategies with sales and business development objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.

8. Budgeting & Performance Analysis

• Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives using KPIs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

9. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with architects, developers, and hotel management teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in real estate projects and hospitality properties.

10. Innovation & Trend Analysis

• Keep up with the latest real estate and hospitality marketing trends.
