Job Description

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote Safar Tours & Travels' services. The role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, along with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and more.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and sales, to create and optimize marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Oversee and manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and growing the follower base.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of digital marketing services.
  • Plan and allocate budget for digital marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels. Well versed with Display Marketing, Daily Ad Performance, Create and Manage Ad Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and experience in travel marketing is a plus.
