Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital advertising, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Create and manage social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling, on-brand digital assets (ads, landing pages, emails, etc.).
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to amplify brand reach.
- A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and a strong understanding of bidding strategies and optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating to achieve the best results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
