Vihang Group is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for high-rise construction projects, with expertise in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), Finishing, and Mivan formwork systems. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage site operations, ensuring the execution of high-rise projects according to project plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on high-rise buildings, focusing on RCC, Finishing, and Mivan work.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety compliance records.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring no delays in construction schedules.
• Support the planning and execution of work schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in high-rise construction, specifically in RCC, Finishing, and Mivan formwork techniques.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes, including RCC, Finishing, and Mivan.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Certifications: Relevant construction and safety certifications preferred.
