• Complete monitoring of site for strict quality control for all works in RCC, Finishes including infra works.
• Managing day-to-day site works and its sequence with various contractors.
• Ensuring that execution of work is as per consultants drawings.
• Site Survey & Monitoring daily site activities. Follow-up with Contractors and Quality Control Measures on site.
• Procurement planning of Material for site work and co-ordination with planning/Store department with seniors guidance.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports with co-ordination of Seniors guidance.
• Checking the Finishing, plumbing, electrical work, etc through subordinates
• Conducting Site co-ordination meetings with contractors for the progress / sequence of work through seniors guidance
• Timely resolution of issues and bottlenecks in the construction activities by addressing to the higher management and ensuring continuity of activities at site
• Monitoring that all works related check lists are adhered to approved formats through QC Dept.
• Guiding / educating junior staff during the course of work.
• Assisting Seniors when and were required for the progress of works.
• Need to Keep a regular check on the system of storage of materials on site, its shelf life and the work-abilities of material after procurement and before execution as well as after execution
• Need to keep a strict check on the working methodology as agreed by the contractor should keep a strict vigil on the workforce available on site.
• Taking various additional responsibilities given by the project manager from time to time.
