L T Finance LTD is looking for TEAM MEMBER - FRONTLINE RECRUITMENT at our location New Delhi to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensure alignment, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, focusing on employer branding and outreach initiatives. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to optimize the hiring process. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality. Support onboarding activities by ensuring new hires are adequately prepared for their roles and feel welcomed into the organization. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process continuously.
