Role & responsibilities

Statutory Compliance / IR Issues

• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, including labour, health, safety, and PCB norms.
• Address plant IR issues.
• Handle contractual labour and factory-related litigations.

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Plan and optimize manpower as per AOP.
• Conduct recruitment to ensure sufficient manpower strength.
• Maximize hiring through internal sources.

Training & Development

• Conduct competency mapping for all roles.
• Identify training needs for each position.
• Develop training calendars (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly).
• Execute training programs as per the calendar.
• Implement EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).

Performance Management System

• Ensure availability of organization charts, JDs, KRAs, and KPIs.
• Facilitate timely Individual Performance Reviews (IPRs) at the unit.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for workers and staff.
• Facilitate Reward & Recognition Program

Payroll Control & Compliance

• Process salaries.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR audits and compliance requirements.

Administration

• Facilitate security, canteen, transportation, communication, lodging, and housekeeping services.
• Manage contract manpower services.
• Organize employee engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Post-Graduation-HR & IR Specialization
Experience: 15-20 years
