Business Development Tele caller

Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students.
• Provide information about SkillTyro's training programs and placement opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments or business collaborations.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls, feedback, and lead conversions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and ensure conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
• Previous tele calling or sales experience is a plus.
